Mike Docker has been named managing director of Nice-Pak International, the UK’s largest manufacturer of private label plastic-free wipes. Docker has more than 10 years experience leading organizations at the managing director level and 20 years of private label expertise. He most recently worked at Northwood Consuma Tissue Ltd, where he served as managing director. Prior to Northwood, Mike spent 10 years as the managing director at WEPA, a leading European manufacturer of hygiene solutions. His strong skill set and industry expertise aligns seamlessly with Nice-Pak’s business whose portfolio includes baby wipes, cosmetic wipes, moist toilet tissue, household cleaning and personal care wipes. “Nice-Pak International has great products and really understands how to serve our consumers and customers,” he says. “Crucially, we have really talented people and a strong values-led culture. I look forward to working with my colleagues to capture the growth opportunities ahead, to sustainably create shareholder value and achieve our full potential as a superior hygiene business.” “We are thrilled to have Mike on board to lead our international team,” says Gary Giles, Chief Executive Officer of Nice-Pak. “With his track record as a strong leader and his private label expertise, I look forward to Mike spearheading our growth as a go-to partner for retailers and brand owners in Europe.”
